Meet Our Team

Program Director | Psychotherapist | Counsellor | Clinical & Pastoral Supervisor
Debra
Debra leads our programs at Dreambuilders Centre4Change with compassion and expertise. As a qualified psychotherapist, counsellor, and clinical/pastoral supervisor, she creates a safe space where you can explore your story, process difficult emotions, find light in the darkness, and work through chaos toward healing and recovery—together.

With extensive experience supporting people with complex mental health needs, addiction, and family violence (both survivors and perpetrators), Debra has helped many reclaim hope and become their best selves. Her training—Master in Counselling, Graduate Certificate in Pastoral/Clinical Supervision, and certificate in Root Cause Therapy—gives her the skills to dig deep into what might be causing life to feel out of control.

Before counselling, Debra managed large teams and budgets in the corporate world—skills she now brings to problem-solving and guiding clients through change. Whether through individual or group therapy, she’s committed to helping clients heal, recover, and live in freedom.
